Take your best guess at the number of boxes needed. Your project invoice will reflect your best guess–we can always add a few boxes when we finalize your recipient list 2 weeks before your ship date.
For projects involving 100+ boxes, we extend the opportunity for you to request and personally select the local treats that go into your boxes.
For projects under 100 boxes, you can select product variants. For example, you can choose the Small Taste of Lancaster with cheese, with pickles, or with both cheese and pickles! (Pricing varies with options.)

However, if you desire that extra touch of personalization, you can opt to include the recipient's name on each note card for $2 per box. Simply fill out our convenient form below to provide us with the necessary details and your preferences. With this simple form, you're just moments away from transforming your gift-giving experience into a stress-free one. One of our gifting specialists will reach out to you to answer any questions and to finalize the details.
Letter of Agreement: Once the inquiry form is completed and reviewed by our team, we’ll finalize your project details with you and send you a digital letter of agreement to sign. A 25% deposit is required to hold your project’s ship date once the agreement is signed. The deposit is based on the type and quantity of gift boxes defined in Step 1–we can always add on a few gift boxes closer to your ship date.
With the deposit, you get:

Recipient Address Form: Once you've submitted the Online Order Form below, our dedicated team will promptly acknowledge its receipt. We understand the importance of accuracy when it comes to recipient addresses, and to streamline the process, we will provide you via email with a Recipient Address Form to be completed. You will finalize your address form 2 weeks before your ship date, you don’t have to have the address form completed to book your project.
The remaining balance is due by October 31st or 30 days before project ship date.

Yes! Corporate and bulk orders require a minimum of 10 recipients with unique addresses, which can be processed for you by our gifting specialists.
If your order does not meet the minimum gift requirement, please place separate orders directly online.
For customization, we require a minimum of 50 recipients!

For Standard corporate orders, we need two weeks' notice and love a month’s heads up. However, rush orders with as little as 1 week’s notice can be discussed with our team if needed! Please note that there will be a $2 fee per recipient included for rush orders.
For customized orders, we require three weeks’ notice
If you’ve missed the deadline, don’t worry. Just contact us at orders@lancastergiftbox.com and we’ll see what we can do. You can also place individual orders through our website with as little as 48 hours' notice.

Our Corporate Gifting Catalog features a variety of curated gift boxes in a range of sizes. We have a gift for everyone!
You will have the option to select 1 gift box per recipient. We are not able to accommodate modifications to the gift boxes.

Corporate and bulk orders are shipped out Tuesday - Friday for arrival in 1-2 business days via USPS.
We offer a $12 flat-rate shipping per package for all standard and rush orders.
Once your project is shipped out, you will receive a list of tracking numbers for your records. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount on all corporate and bulk orders with a product total of $10,000+! Shipping and customization charges are not included in this discount.
