About the Giving Trail:

On Saturday, May 4th, the 300 Block of North Queen St in Lancaster City will transform into a beacon of hope and solidarity as it plays host to the 2nd Annual Giving Trail. This unique event, dedicated to raising support and awareness for local hunger-relief nonprofits, promises a day of meaningful connections, philanthropy, and community engagement.

With two primary goals in mind, the event endeavors to raise both essential resources and awareness about the challenges faced by many of our neighbors.

Event Format:

From 12 pm to 4pm, participants will embark on a journey through the heart of Lancaster City, visiting host businesses such as Central Market Flowers, DROM, Lancaster Gift Box, The Bloom Room, and Decades, each showcasing the vital work of local hunger-relief organizations.

Trailblazers will have the opportunity to make either a non-perishable food donation or a minimum $5 contribution at each stop. To sweeten the deal, participants will receive a Giving Trail Passport upon their first stop, where they can collect stamps from each location visited. Those who complete the trail will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a valuable prize, generously donated by local businesses.
