We offer nationwide shipping, in-store pickup in Lancaster City, and local delivery within 10 miles of our Queen Street Shop. For local delivery, make sure to input your desired delivery address before moving on to the delivery methods during checkout.

  • Shop our curated gift boxes online and choose between any options the box might have and add a gift message!

    Then, choose between shipping, pick-up, or local delivery.

  • Yes! We ship to the Continental United States all year round.

    1. Yes! Corporate and bulk orders require a minimum of 10 recipients with unique addresses, which can be processed for you by our gifting specialists.

    2. If your order does not meet the minimum gift requirement, please place separate orders directly online.

    3. For customization, we require a minimum of 50 recipients!

  • Yes! Contact us at orders@lancastergiftbox.com to learn more about our Bulk & Special Events ordering process.

  • For Standard corporate orders, we need two weeks' notice and love a month’s heads up. However, rush orders with as little as 1 week’s notice can be discussed with our team if needed! Please note that there will be a $2 fee per recipient included for rush orders.

    For customized orders, we require three weeks’ notice

    If you’ve missed the deadline, don’t worry. Just contact us at orders@lancastergiftbox.com and we’ll see what we can do. You can also place individual orders through our website with as little as 48 hours' notice.

  • Our Corporate Gifting Catalog features a variety of curated gift boxes in a range of sizes. We have a gift for everyone!

    You will have the option to select 1 gift box per recipient. We are not able to accommodate modifications to the gift boxes.

  • Corporate and bulk orders are shipped out Tuesday - Friday for arrival in 1-2 business days via USPS.

    We offer a $12 flat-rate shipping per package for all standard and rush orders.

    Once your project is shipped out, you will receive a list of tracking numbers for your records. We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Yes! We offer a 10% discount on all corporate and bulk orders with a product total of $10,000+! Shipping and customization charges are not included in this discount.

  • On your selected ship date, our team will share a list of tracking numbers so you can follow the journey.

  • We have a variety of curated gift boxes, all featuring Pennsylvania-made food products.
